These fixed rates apply to standard domestic properties. The engineer explains any different or additional work before it proceeds.
The Basic Clearance
Manual rodding
£65.00 plus VAT- Best for
- Simple, localised blockages close to the surface, including recent toilet blockages and minor paper snags.
- What is included
- Up to one hour of manual drain rodding by a qualified engineer to clear a standard blockage and restore flow.
- Important
- Manual rods cannot scrub pipe walls or remove heavy build up. This service does not include a Look See camera check or a flow guarantee.
The Structural Cleansing
High pressure water jetting
£95.00 plus VAT- Best for
- Stubborn, deep or recurring blockages caused by hardened grease, fat, sludge, silt or heavy organic build up.
- What is included
- Professional high pressure water jetting to scour internal pipe walls and restore the available diameter and flow capacity.
- Important
- Covers standard high pressure clearance and is recommended where longer term protection against repeat blockage is needed.
Ultimate upgrade
+£25.00 plus VAT per drainage lineHigh Definition Look See CCTV
Available only when added to an unblocking service. A high definition drainage camera is used to assess the pipe condition.
30 Day Flow Guarantee: If the camera confirms that the pipe is structurally sound and free from pre existing faults, one repeat blockage within 30 days will be cleared without charge. Excludes cracks, collapses, root ingress and wet wipe misuse. Maximum one return visit.
If the drain cannot be cleared
£50.00 plus VATDrainage Condition Assessment
The charge is reduced to £50.00 plus VAT and includes a detailed condition report and a free repair estimate.
Domestic rates only: These fixed rates, packages and the 30 Day Flow Guarantee apply strictly to standard domestic properties. Commercial properties, industrial sites, blocks of flats and larger diameter lines require a tailored quotation.
