Absolutely fantastic service.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Had a blocked internal pipe. No problem for this firm, sorted within a couple of hours where other firms couldn't. Friendly, professional service, would 100% recommend.

Julie Cunningham

Thanks so much for coming out (earlier than the booked slot) and fixing our terrible wastepipe blockage. Excellent service, lovely fella - just cracked on and got the job done. Very reasonable rates, too. Thanks again, we're just so grateful!

FAQ
Our Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my toilet blocked?
This is usually due to things being flushed such as wet wipes, baby wipes and ladies sanitary items or possibly a fault in the drain.
Why is my shower blocked?
The most common cause of a blocked shower is human hair.
Why is my sink blocked?
The most common cause of a blocked sink is human hair, kitchen fat / grease or food waste.
Why is my toilet filling up with water?
Toilets block usually when things have been flushed like wet wipes, baby wipes or when there is a fault in your drain system.
Why is my drain blocked?
Sewers can block for many reasons from broken pipes to silt and debris or wet wipes in the pipe - and in some cases even from tree roots entering your pipes and blocking it up.
Why is my sewer pipe leaking?
When sewers block your drainage system can back up and become pressurised forcing the waste water out of the pipe seals and shows itself as a leak. Also leaks can be down to a failed seal in the pipe or a loose fitting, or even a crack in the pipe.
Why is my septic tank smelling?
Septic tanks by nature have toilet waste in them and this waste produces methane gas which is the odour you can smell. The smell can mean your septic tank is not breaking down the waste as it should and this would suggest a problem with the tank and it's functions. A more simple reason could be that your tank is full and requires an empty and wash down of the tank.
Why is my septic tank full of water?
All septic tanks should hold an amount of liquid and solids but you should always be able to see your inlet and outlet pipes. If this is not the case it's usually due to the soak away or flood plain which is where your outlet sends the treated water and releases it in to the ground or water table soak aways. These can fail due to heavy rain causing an increase in the water table or kitchen grease entering the soak away from the septic tank which makes the soak away watertight.
